Your program includes:

Health History: A one hour session in which we review your health, both present and past. We will discuss your chief health concerns, any hereditary conditions, medications and/or supplements as well as your current eating habits and exercise routine. Even this first session will demonstrate how a holistic, individualized approach can make a major difference in your life.

Set Goals: Identify goals unique to what you would like to accomplish. Examples are weight loss, cravings, improving eating habits, energy levels, or finding balance in the everyday.

Twelve 1 hour sessions in person or via telephone, this will include the following:

  • Menu selections based on your food preferences – recipes and food samples will be provided
  • Support in dealing with cravings
  • Integrating new and better foods into your diet
  • Making healthier choices at work
  • Eating healthy on the go
  • End of session recommendations
  • One 1 hour grocery food store tour


Throughout the program we will discuss reading food labels and what to watch out for, how to create quick, healthy meals to last throughout the week and we will discuss your best options for eating while on the road and selecting prepackaged foods in your grocery store.

In addition to the above mentioned items you will receive:
